Vaporization is the change of a liquid into a gas. The temperature at which a liquid boils is its boiling point.
The simplest example to understand the concept of evaporation is when we heat a coffee. A hot coffee expels smoke. That smoke is just water steam, a product of the evaporation of the coffee itself due to its heat.
