Geography studies, analyzes, and investigates places and the connections between people and their environments. A geographer is a physical scientist, social scientist, or humanist whose area of investigation is geography. They study and explore the physical properties of Earth’s planet and the human conduct across it.
There are three classes of geography:
- Physical geography (the effects it has on people and the environment).
- Human geography (concerned with people).
- Environmental geography (how people’s behavior can affect the background).
