Concern or Worry is a feeling which produces us a sensation of distress and anxiety facing a specific situation. Sometimes we feel worried about not knowing what’s going on next. It is normal to feel worried sometimes and we can identify it through different sensations: uncertainty, nervousness, distress and insecurity.

- Look for an entertainment in order not to think about it
- Take a deep breath and try to calm
- Talk to someone about my problems
