Hey Teachers and Parents! Here you have a new educational resource to work on numbers from 1 to 15 by tracing them. In every worksheet you can find 4 lines with the numbers to trace. As always, we hope you can take advantage of these activities and use them with your students successfully.
The importance of tracing numbers
These type of activities are a perfect resource to work with kids in pre-k and lower primary. To know the numbers properly is the first step of the math learning process. It is important to recognize the numbers, write them and be able to count during the early childhood. Later, the students will be able to solve mathematics problems.
Appart from that, the learning process of numbers is fundamental to be able to manage different situations in life, such as: go shopping, count or order.
These worksheets are available individually (just clicking on top of them and saving them as pictures) or all together in a PDF file. Either you choose to save one of them or the whole pack, they are all in high quality.
To carry out these tracing and pre-writing activities, I like to use pencil holders that help students adapt their hand to the pencil and maintain a correct finger posture when holding it for writing. Here is the download link for my pencil holders.
