What is a prime number?
A prime number is any natural number that can be divided by exactly two numbers: 1 and itself. For example: 2 is a prime number because it can only be divided by 2 and by 1.
What is a composite number?
A composite number is any natural number that can be divided by numbers other than 1 and themselves. For example: 4 is a composite number because it can be divided by 4, 2 and 1.
