What is growth mindset?
A growth mindset describes people who believe that their success depends on time and effort. They focused on improving how they do what they do. They believe their strengths can be developed with effort.
What is fixed mindset?
A fixed minset describes people who believe that their success depends on their abilities and skills, which can’t be changed. They believe their strengths are innate gifts.
