Sadness is a feeling which produces us a sensation of pain. Sometimes it makes us want to cry or we do not feel like playing or having fun. Every day is not perfect, It is normal to feel sad sometimes and we can identify it through different sensations: the desire to cry, lack of focus, loss of appetite and lack of energy.
It is normal to feel sad when:
- I have had an argument with someone
- I have failed an exam
- I have lost something very important to me
What should I do when I am sad?
- Listen to my favourite song
- Play my favourite game
- Talk to someone about my feelings
