What are the main emotions?
Sadness is a feeling which produces us a sensation of pain. Sometimes it makes us want to cry or we do not feel like playing or having fun.
Joy is a feeling which produces us a sensation of happines. Sometimes it makes us want to smile and we feel very happy for no reason.
Anger is a feeling which produces us a sensation of dissapointment or fury. Sometimes it makes us feel rage and our heart starts beating faster.
Fear is a feeling wich produces us a sensation of danger. Sometimes we feel that something bad might happen.
Disgust is a feeling which produces us a sensation of rejection due to an unpleasant situation and we want to get away from it.
Surprise is a feeling which produces us a sensation of astonishment due to an unexpected situation. Surprise is the briefest of all the feelings.
Shame is a feeling which produces us a sensation of humiliation because we think the others might have a negative opinion about something we’ve done or said.
Frustration is a feeling which produces us a sensation of anger when we can’t reach a goal, meet a need or a desire.
