Hey Teachers! Here you have a new and very special resource. We have created a new educational resource in which you can find worksheets to work with kids with dyslexia. As you can see, these worksheets are perfect to work on visual discrimination, which is the ability to find differences and similarities in size, shape, colour and pattern. Children must find the letters and color them depending on the key they have on top of every page.
What is dyslexia?
Dyslexia is a reading disorder characterized by difficulties with reading despite normal intelligence. Problems may include difficulties in spelling words, reading quickly, writing words, “sounding out” words in the head, pronouncing words when reading aloud and understanding what one reads. Often these difficulties are first noticed at school in a range of ages between 3 and 5 years old. At present, between 5% and 10% of children show dyslexia symtoms.
